Course setup
In every manual we start with the options you will need most. After this
we continue with the more advanced options.
First we give a description of the options, which are explained which
screen prints. After this you learn to use the function your self
following the instructions in the manual. At the end of the chapter
you find extra exercises with which you can train yourself
